Job Title: Project Director Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management within real estate development. Proven experience working in Western Europe and/or the US (preferred). Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field. Languages: English and Arabic (preferred). About the Client: Our client is a leading organization specializing in real estate development, recognized for delivering innovative and sustainable projects. With a focus on quality, compliance, and environmental stewardship, they are committed to driving growth and excellence in the industry. About the Role: The Project Director will oversee and manage the successful execution of real estate development projects from inception to completion. The role requires strategic leadership and a focus on sustainability, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Success: Ensure the overall success of projects by meeting objectives, client requirements, deadlines, and budgets while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  2. Financial Accountability: Develop and manage project budgets, ensure cost control, and allocate resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Decision-Making: Make strategic and informed decisions by assessing risks, benefits, and alignment with project goals.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, addressing concerns, and aligning expectations with project deliverables.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor issues to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  6. Compliance and Ethical Standards: Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards related to real estate development.
  7. Reporting and Documentation: Provide timely and accurate project updates to stakeholders, documenting progress, challenges, and resolutions.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of learning within the project team, implement lessons learned, and optimize project processes.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, ACAD Viewer, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Earth Suite.
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making abilities.
  • Strong financial and risk management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder and communication management.
  • Commitment to quality, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
