We are seeking an experienced and visionary Freelance Art Director to lead creative projects and ensure the highest quality of visual storytelling. This role requires exceptional versatility and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. This hybrid role requires both remote and on-site presence in Jeddah as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee creative concepts for a variety of projects, including branding, campaigns, social media, and print materials.
Lead a team of designers and creatives, providing clear direction and ensuring cohesive output aligned with the brand’s identity.
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align creative work with business goals.
Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Provide creative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring innovative and effective outcomes.
Quickly adapt to feedback and refine designs with precision.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a creative team.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Availability to start immediately.
Based in Jeddah, with flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and online).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in corporate branding and large-scale campaigns.
Familiarity with emerging trends in digital and print design.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
