We are looking for exceptional people who want to make a difference in the world.The Director of Implementation will be responsible for the implementation of new clients which will ensure Graebel provides world class service. Ensuring that all business units have the necessary information and processes to successfully service the client base is another vital aspect of the role.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, document and execute a beginning to end implementation process for all service offerings. Monitors and follows up on all implementations and ensure agreed upon process is being followed.Provide updates to the executive team regarding the status of all implementations until full implementation is complete. Interfaces with the customer professionally when necessary. Director level will provide guidance and training to more junior members of the team.Communicates with professionalism and executes with precision to ensure that the client and the business unit are supported throughout the implementation. Possesses knowledge across business lines and demonstrates an understanding the implication of each step in the process.Develop and provide data driven tools to aide the sales and client development teams in adding consultative value to our clients.Partners with the business units to develop goals and to follow up with each business units to ensure that reporting to entire team is implemented.Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.Required SkillsRequired Skills:Demonstrated ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents, professional journals and governmental regulations.Ability to write complex reports, detailed business correspondence, policies and procedures.Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume.Capability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Excellent English oral and written communication skillsExcellent presentation and communication skills with all levels of the organization and large groupsCandidate must be legally eligible to work in Ireland on a permanent basis.Required ExperienceRequired Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, International Business or related field of study5 to 7 years of relevant work experience, which includes management experience in multiple business functions and multiple complex projects.
