• Working in a structured environment, high quality standards of finished product, tweaking minor operational issues you will be analyzing data, improve efficiencies and cost saving/waste
• Keeping direct reports (25) engaged, end goal, and keeping staff long term
• Keep on top of production, role is varied, busy automated and robotic processes
• Identify future capital equipment
• Manage manufacturing support within budget constraints
• Provides leadership by promotion, coaching, counselling, retraining, and individual development
• Ensures facility conforms to provincial and federal standards and regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business school
• 5+ years of large volume of product manufacturing and large employee base (300)
• Management and electronic assembly experience in manufacturing
• Circuit Board experience
• Knowledge of business and operations
• Lean strategies, 5S, Value Stream or Kaizen experience
