Graduate Registered Nurse, Dhelkaya Health. Castlemaine, Bendigo,

Position Title: Graduate Registered Nurse. Employment Type: Ongoing
Part-time 64 hours per fortnight.
Award: Proposed Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Health Sector)
(Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024
Role description: Dhelkaya Health is welcoming applications for our
2025 Registered Nurse Graduate Year Program. This is a structured
twelve-month program offering three rotations through various
departments of the health service designed to consolidate your nursing
skills.
About you: Bachelor of Nursing. Registration with AHPRA.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated
ability to work as an effective team member. Ability to accept
direction and accept suggestions for change to practice as a beginner
practitioner. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve. Effective time
management and organisational skills. Please refer to the relevant
attached position description and address the key selection criteria
on your cover letter when applying.
Application Process: All applicants must be eligible and registered to
participate in the PMCV Allocation and Placement Service (listing
Dhelkaya Health as one of your preferred hospitals). Applicants must
have completed all clinical placements and be eligible for
registration with AHPRA in 2025. The Graduate Program will have a
staggered start, with some Graduates starting in late January and
others commencing in late July 2025.
All applications must include: A cover letter (including
passport-sized photograph to match the video interview). A current CV.
A copy of your academic transcript to-date. Two clinical appraisals
from placements. Please include a copy of the graded appraisal and
signed pages only. Referee checks x 2 completed as part of the PMCV
GNMP application process. Participation in the PMCV video interview
between July 1 and 4, 2024.
Your application receipt will be acknowledged and an email will be
sent when the ranking process has been completed. Interviews outside
of the SONRU process are not planned and we will contact you directly
if we need further information to aid the process.
