Now go anywhere Bell Desk Attendant at Hyatt Centric Melbourne As the Bell Desk Attendant you will be responsible for promptly assisting guests arriving and departing the hotel. As an ambassador for the Hyatt Centric brand and our values, your interactions with our guests will leave them with a lasting impression. Some of the responsibilities include:

• Welcome and farewell, all guests arriving and departing the hotel. 
• Note arrival and departure details and arrange luggage assistance, storage and transportation needs. 
• Safely navigate our onsite car park to valet park all guest vehicles.
• Handle guest enquires and requests, assisting Front Desk and Concierge as needed.
• Move luggage, amenities and ad-hoc items efficiently to and from the guestrooms.
• Be a local Melbourne Expert and engage with our guests sharing your knowledge on the cities hidden gems. 
• Be on hand to assist in an emergency situation where required.

Qualifications

About you:

• Full Australian driver’s license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles (International driver’s license may be considered)
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
• The ability to create relationships and possess great attention to detail
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
