Key Requirements
B.Sc. in Social Sciences Science or Business Administration.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the automotive industry preferred
Passionate, confident, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Key Responsibilities:
Daily engagement & meeting of prospective customers (Cold calling)
Demonstrate vehicle features and options to customers
Convert potential customers to active buyers
Handle objections convincingly and gain customer's confidence
Escalate customer complaints and dissatisfaction promptly
Maintain high standards and professional relationships with customers
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets in alignment with company's goals
Provide daily reports of engaged customers
Adhere to the strategic focus of the management
Ensure full delivery of vehicles, accessories, or spare parts after payment confirmation
Prepare Proforma invoice and necessary documentation of vehicle when required
Support management with market intelligence and competitive activity reports
