This organisation based in central Auckland is well known for providing accounting and financial advisory solutions to their clients. They are seeking a dynamic and organised Senior Administrator/PA to be part of their team and support the smooth functioning of their day-to-day administrative tasks. About the role: This is a permanent office-based full-time role . The primary focus of the role is to provide vital executive and administrative support to the Commercial Manager, Directors, and wider staff while assisting in maintaining a welcoming and productive environment for all clients and team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the Directors' schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing high-level administrative support for various projects. Your role will also encompass supplier management, purchasing, and office organisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Executive and Administrative Support, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings for Directors
- General Office Support, including accounts and billing assistance
- Maintenance of Office Systems
- Supporting the Client Services Manager
- Assisting the Commercial Affairs Division
- Meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms
- Managing office purchasing and suppliers, including ordering stationery, IT equipment, and photocopy consumables
- Ensuring a welcoming and productive office environment for staff and clients
- Previous senior level administration/PA experience within the professional services sector (5+ years)
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and financial literacy
- Tech-savvy, well-versed with MS Suite and Xero or similar ERP packages
- A team player, approachable and proactive
