About the role We are seeking an experienced Central Kitchen Operation Manager to join our team at Roseluck Sdn Bhd. As a full-time role based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our central kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our outlets. Currently, we have 4 outlets within Klang Valley. What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  2. Oversee the preparation and production of meals, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.
  3. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall productivity of the central kitchen.
  5. Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to challenges.
  4. Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
  5. Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in culinary arts, food science, or operations management.
