IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal availability of all IT infrastructure for seamless flow of operations
• Implement zero tolerance down-time for the ERP driving the operations
• Deploy cost effective and proficient solutions that can improve business efficiency
• Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment.
• Administering corporate software systems.
• Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures.
• Providing IT support and resolving problems for colleagues.
• Suggesting and implementing improvements in procedures and equipment.
• Maintaining knowledge of IT support, help desk procedures, products, and services.
• Managing an issues tracking system and reporting on issue resolution SLAs
• Serving as administrator for various corporate software systems

• A good university degree in computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Electronics Engineering
• 5+years cognate experience in IT operations in Manufacturing
• Good working knowledge of ERPs
• Strong commercial experience in active directory, Windows Exchange servers.
• Management skills with ability to approach issues as a business expert, not just as IT specialist
• Analytical skills with interpersonal communication skills,
• Innovative, creative and externally oriented.
• Sound business knowledge with self-confidence
• Integrity and ability to keep up to date with emerging technologies
