- Create building / interior designs as well as highly detailed drawings using specialized computer – aided design (CAD).
- Work closely with other building construction professionals such as building engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologist in ensuring client’s expectations are met.
- Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
- Specify clear requirement for projects through detailed and error-free designs.
- Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problem that may arise during construction.
- Take client’s briefs, prepare drawings according to specification and see to the general coordination of projects from start to finish.
- Get feedbacks on provided services and resolve client’s complaint.
- Ensure quality of all designs, drawings and projects.
- Adhere to line manager’s instruction and directives on every design and drawings.
- Have an innovative mindset that continually seeks improvement, growth and development of the department.
