Who would suit this role?

Overall, a successful car sales consultant is someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills, a passion for cars, a customer-centric approach, and a results-oriented mindset, as well as the ability to work as part of a team!

What does this role entail?

• Manage leads and follow up in CRM system
• Schedule test drives for customers
• Maintain vehicle presentation
• Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars
• Collaborate with teammates and business managers to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Stay positive under pressure
• Drive to exceed sales targets

What do we need from you?

• The ability to work at least one weekend day - this is when the sales really happen!
• A good knowledge of cars
• Confidence interacting and negotiating with people
• Results focused and target driven
• Strong verbal and written command of the English language
