Job Description

The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, with expertise in creating a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and breads that are both delicious and visually appealing.

As a Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exquisite desserts that enhance our upscale Italian dining experience, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute exquisite Italian pastries, desserts, and confections.
  • Oversee the pastry kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strict hygiene standards.
  • Innovate and refine dessert offerings through new recipes and presentation techniques.
  • Manage all aspects of pastry production, from sourcing ingredients to plating the final dish.
  • Optimize inventory and ordering to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Curate a dynamic dessert menu that reflects seasonal trends and guest preferences.
Qualifications
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Knowledge of restaurant software
  • Cafeteria work experience.
