Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute exquisite Italian pastries, desserts, and confections.
- Oversee the pastry kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strict hygiene standards.
- Innovate and refine dessert offerings through new recipes and presentation techniques.
- Manage all aspects of pastry production, from sourcing ingredients to plating the final dish.
- Optimize inventory and ordering to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
- Curate a dynamic dessert menu that reflects seasonal trends and guest preferences.
- 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of restaurant software
- Cafeteria work experience.
- Proficient in baking and pastry arts
- Experienced in fine dining settings
- Meticulous attention to detail
