We are seeking a dynamic and organized Secretary who is Computer literate and also skilled in social media management. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage social media platforms, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain and update records, files, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required
- Plan, create, and schedule posts on various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.
- Track social media analytics and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends and suggest strategies for audience engagement.
- Proficiently use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Handle basic graphic design tools for content creation (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Manage and update the company’s website or blog, if required.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to office equipment or software.
- Proven experience of 2 years in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proficiency in office software and social media management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
- Any Bachelor's degree or diploma, in any field
- Experience in social media management is an advantage
- Job type: Full Time on-site
- Salary: 150k monthly (plus allowance and benefits )
