Marketing Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive

About the role ENG SHENG SDN BHD is looking for a talented Marketing Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time position is based in Shah Alam, Selangor and will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing and communications initiatives. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Creating engaging content such as social media posts, marketing collaterals, and email campaigns.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Assisting in the planning and organization of events and promotional activities.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, and content creation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, strong in Malay, Mandarin is a plus.
