Role Summary: Delivery of change and service availability of the AIA ServiceNow platform for all AIA markets. Support and coordinate in the following areas:

  1. Support Transition
  2. New services and products onboarding
  3. Bug fix
  4. Enhancements
Role Responsibilities:
  1. Set-up, configuration, and day to day administration of the SNOW platform, including upgrades and regular patch deployments.
  2. Bug fix and proactive performance improvement initiatives for the platform.
  3. System reliability and platform health.
  4. Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
  5. Experienced in customization for Catalogue and all ITSM modules.
  6. Experienced with creating ITSM/ITOM Reporting dashboards.
  7. Proactive monitoring and ensuring security compliance, user access controls.
  8. Building/Reviewing/Maintaining technical design documents, Operation Manuals.
  9. Code review and deployment, update sets creation. Change review and deployment.
  10. Update/configure business rules and Foundation Data as per business requirements.
  11. Experience in defining IRE rules, Discovery Patterns and CMDB Classes.
  12. Expert understanding of CSDM.
  13. Expert understanding and experience of Service Map and Dependency Map.
  14. Collaborate with project teams for customization and configuration.
