Description
- Read and familiarize project specifications, procedures, AFC & Shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards, such as AWS and ASTM.
- Develop QC Inspection package for the area/scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval.
- Perform/witness quality inspection, testing and surveillance (materials receiving, fabrication & installation) as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of working experience in oil and gas.
- Familiar with:
- Inspection and Testing techniques.
- Construction and technical design requirements.
- COMPANY Technical Standards (PTS).
- Relevant international Codes and Specifications: ASTM, BS, AWS, ASME etc.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
