HR Records Management Assistant (Project-based)

This position provides support to recruitment team by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and information within the HR department. Ensures compliance with legal requirements, support HR operations, and assist in maintaining a smooth workflow.
Responsible for providing administrative activities related to recruitment.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management
With at least 2 years experience in HR particularly employee records/201 file management
Can communicate effectively
Ability to analyze and evaluate records in order to determine their retention and disposition status
Ability to ensure that records are reliable, relevant, and complete.
Organizational skills to ensure that records are accessible, secure, and compliant.
Technical Skills to create, store, retrieve, and dispose of records.
Ability to adhere to the legal and ethical requirements of records management.
Ability to protect the privacy and confidentiality of rec
