Job Description
Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a E-Commerce Manager (Merchandizing) with the below responsibilities and qualifications.- Responsible for negotiating with all vendors and suppliers to get the best agreements for Raya Retail Online products in terms of price, availability, profitability
- Develop and Implement Merchandising annual plan and set product mix Strategy to guarantee highest GP for Ray Retail Online
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers visual merchandising to ensure that products are well viewed and Raya Retail Online is compensated accordingly
- Works with merchandising team strengthen market and vendor relationships.
- Guides team to increased knowledge of market trends, strengths and weaknesses in the industry and within competitive sets.
- Ensure good supply chain, product sourcing, product management and vendor management and quality management to manage risk relating to quality, cost, delivery and supply of purchases
- Work heavily with Business units head (Corp, Shops & online) to develop and execute alternative merchandising strategies aiming to support and achieve the company revenue plan
- Work with team to ensures the right products are provided and allocated to Raya Retail Online
- Manage team to handle products' inventory and monitoring the weekly sales
- Manage team to forecast weekly plan for the products demand
- Carries responsibility for the efficient management of monthly stock turnover
- Work with the Marketing team to set marketing calendars and communicated to suppliers to get the needed support
