Role summary Responsible for collecting, organizing and interpreting data as insightful information in a readable format to help each member at the organization to take the right decisions and utilizing advanced statistical methods for predictive analytics. Key responsibilities

• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources. 
• Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing traditional datasets to ensure data quality.
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
• Utilizing Excel and Power BI to create reports and insightful dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.
• Applying advanced statistical methods using Python and libraries like Pandas and Scikit-learn to develop predictive models.
• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Collaborating with senior analysts to refine modeling techniques and validate model performance.
• Generating actionable insights based on predictive analysis to support business decision-making.
• Working with the management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Ensuring all needed information is accessible by each team member according to the authority matrix and permissions granted to each role.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the IT department, to develop AI-powered solutions that enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications and experience

• 2-5 years of experience as data analyst.
• Strong mathematical and logical skills to collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
• Familiar with traditional and advanced statistical methods for predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Good knowledge of APIs and SQL to retrieve data.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python, particularly in data analysis using libraries like Pandas and Scikit-learn.
• General knowledge of business processes, accounting, supply chain, etc.
