Summary of the Role: An Interior Execution Site Engineer/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site activities related to interior construction and design projects. This role involves ensuring that all work is carried out according to the Interior design specifications, timeline, and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Ensure that all interior work, from layout to finishing, is executed according to the project plan. Coordinate with internal team and contractors to streamline workflow and timelines, ensuring materials and manpower are adequately planned. Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution with quality.
- Site Supervision and Quality Control: Supervise day-to-day on-site activities, including civil finishes, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Ensure that work is carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Material Management and Inventory: Coordinate the timely procurement of materials, ensuring that the right materials are available on-site when required. Manage and track inventory to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities, DPR material usage, work progress, and any changes in design or execution. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and document all variations or delays with proper justification.
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in interior design Certified in Project Management or Site Supervision
- 3+ years of experience in interior site execution & interior works
- Proficient in interpreting design plans, technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with project specifications
- Skilled in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and architects for seamless project execution
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methodologies used in interior design
