Job Title: Business Development Executive – Appointment Setting Shift: Fixed US Shift, Monday to Friday (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) Location: Mohali About the Role: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive who excels at setting appointments. As a vital part of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with decision-makers, and setting up meetings for our sales representatives. We seek an individual with exceptional communication skills, a solid grasp of the sales process, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Identification and Qualification:
- Research and identify potential prospects through online platforms (ZoomInfo, Seamless, Lusha etc) , industry events, and targeted lists.
- Evaluate leads against established criteria to ensure they meet our target customer profile.
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media.
- Customize your approach to address the prospect's needs and highlight the benefits of our products/services.
- Work with the sales team to understand their schedule and priorities.
- Arrange appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transfer of information.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on progress and key metrics to the sales team and management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals.
- Share insights, feedback, and opportunities for improvement with team members.
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, especially in a B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
