10+ years' experience Robotic Process Automation tools Proficiency in the UIPath RPA tool for building, maintaining, and enhancing bots. Experience with managing multiple bots in a production environment (preferably with over 50+ bots). Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize UIPath workflows Advanced knowledge of Python and JvaScript for writing custom scripts to complement UIPath workflows. Ability to leverage Python and JavaScript for data manipulation, API integration, and handling exceptions within bots Strong analytical abilities for understanding complex business processes and identifying automation opportunities. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions Experience with bot lifecycle management, including version control, deployment, monitoring, and reporting. Knowledge of best practices for bot maintenance, handling bot performance, and ensuring minimal downtime.
