We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations, ensuring strategic alignment with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead organisational development and change management initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
  • Organise employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Performance Management:
  • Implement performance management systems and appraisal cycles.
  • Provide coaching and development plans for employees.
Learning & Development:
  • Design and facilitate employee training programs.
  • Promote continuous learning and career development.
Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
  • Update and manage HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits plans.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Generate HR reports and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Track key HR metrics and KPIs to measure operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
