HR Senior Specialist (focusing on Talent Acquisition & Payroll) (banking industry experience) (up to $7k) (ID: 660174)

Responsibilities

• Creating a recruitment plan and working closely with hiring managers to support recruitment needs
• In charge of onboarding plans and training new employees on existing HR policies and internal processes
• Maintaining HR records, payroll documentation and other relevant administrative matters
• Performance management of all employees
• Providing mentorship and support to junior members within the team
• Compliance and Policy Development - update organisation policies and keep abreast of latest labour and employment regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience within Banking industry
• Strong communication skills
• Past track record in managing and coordinating with multiple vendors
• Adept in all areas of HR scope: recruitment, employee relations, policy development, HR administration and operations, performance management and benefits administration
