Position Overview A leading provider of signage solutions is looking for an experienced Signage Production Manager to oversee their production hub. The company specialises in custom signage digital and lithographic printing and promotional materials. This role involves managing the production process leading a team and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:
- Organise signage production jobs ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Manage project scope budgets and timelines ensuring client satisfaction
- Lead and develop the signage production team fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
- Allocate resources manage budgets and track costs to ensure profitability.
- Ensure signage meets highquality standards and comply with all industry regulations.
- Analyse production performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- At least 5 years of experience in the signage or printing industry.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDraw.
- Experience with wideformat printers and print RIP software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Safe Pass/MEWP certification (or willingness to obtain).
