Sales Manager

Job Description

Sales Manager in the field of electrical supplies and installations (PVC pipes - electrical hoses) with high experience to join our specialized team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and implementing sales plans, organizing sales activities, and supervising all aspects of operations to increase the company's market share and achieve growth targets. Tasks and responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement sales plans in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Supervise sales activities to ensure that the set targets are achieved.
• Analyze markets and competitors to identify available opportunities.
• Develop relationships with key customers and maintain their satisfaction.
• Lead the sales team and train individuals to achieve the required performance.
• Follow up on sales performance, ensure that the team's deals are closed, and provide periodic reports on results and challenges.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the field of building materials.
• High leadership and management skills with the ability to make decisions based on facts.
• Proficiency in using market and marketing analysis programs.
• High negotiation and communication skills.
