The company aims to provide a rich, integrated experience that caters to diverse needs by combining tradition with modernity. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator at Hiranya Hasta Solutions in Pune. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing office equipment, providing excellent customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills, and maintaining phone etiquette on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and resources.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendar events for clients and team members and Director.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries and generate leads and drive sales.
  • Prepare and organize client files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops related to astrology offerings.
Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries about astrology services, products, and events.
  • Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Help clients with the booking process for astrological consultations and follow-ups.
Office Management:
  • Ensure the office is well-organized, clean, and welcoming.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring the team has everything they need to work efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining office systems and procedures to improve workflow.
Social Media & Marketing Support:
  • Assist with the creation of social media posts and promotional content, focusing on astrology services and events.
  • Help manage the company’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice.
Financial and Record-Keeping:
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and managing receipts.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and manage office budget.
Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in office administration or coordination, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of astrology is preferred but not required. A passion for learning about astrology is a plus.
