AB InBev India is looking to hire Senior Manager FP&A for its Finance team based out of Bangalore. Primary Purpose of the role Track business performance, identify monthly results, managing the business, providing visibility/insights, guaranteeing consistency of information available for decision making, planning and target setting Key Tasks & Accountabilities Planning - Annual Business Cycle: Assist in the development of the operating and financial plan Driving performance to ensure effective P&L and Balance Sheet management to deliver the entity targets Quarterly and monthly management reporting & work with PPMs to develop monthly forecasts for the P&L and cashflow Performance Measurement & improvement by monitoring, analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators and working on performance improvements Special Projects to support the analyses of new business cases to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience Qualified CA with 6-8 years of experience in finance/strategy/business management Personal Attributes High energy Solution-orientedand positive attitude Exceptional customer orientation Fast-mover, quick to adapt Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment Integrity and professionalism And above all of this,an undying love for beer!
