Roles & Responsibilities
Working location: Alexandra
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster conversations to build a vibrant community
Share user-generated content, encourage participation, and highlight community contributions
Collaborate with the marketing team to support social media campaigns and promotions
Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content posting
Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of community engagement strategies
Gather feedback from the community to inform product development, marketing strategies, and customer service improvements
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the social media community
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance community management efforts
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse online audiences
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
