Join Our Team as a HR assistant!
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Recruitment Strategies: Develop creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across the organization.
Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and culture fit for the roles.
Coordinate the Interview Process: Manage and schedule interviews, assessments, and reference checks, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Make Hiring Recommendations: Provide valuable insights and recommendations to Hiring Managers based on thorough evaluations.
Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with various clerical duties related to recruitment and ensure all candidate records are accurately maintained.
Pre-Requisites:
Education: A local diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Solid experience in recruitment or a related field, with a good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with recruitment tools and an understanding of candidate sourcing methods.
