Marketing & Lead Generation Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Lead Generation Manager located in Singapore. The Marketing & Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, overseeing customer service initiatives, and driving lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities Brand Communication-

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to highlight AppsPOS's value in the F&B and retail sectors.
• Craft compelling narratives and content that resonate with our target audience.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Lead Generation-

• Design and implement lead-generation campaigns to attract and nurture prospects.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance across channels.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

Social Media Management -

• Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage and grow our audience.
• Monitor trends and implement strategies to boost visibility and interaction.

Market Research -

• Stay updated on F&B industry trends and technological advancements.
• Identify opportunities for AppsPOS to address market needs and challenges.

Analytics and Reporting -

• Track and analyze marketing KPIs to evaluate campaign success.
• Provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing, lead generation, or a related field, preferably in tech or F&B.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions for the F&B industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate brand value and technical concepts in simple terms.
• Social media savvy with hands-on experience in running campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok and Facebook.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
