Discover Top Corporate Lawyer Vacancies in Dubai/UAEA minimum of 3 years' experience as a corporate lawyer.Job Purpose: The job holder will be responsible for consulting and leading all corporate legal processes.This is a corporate transactions/family office lawyer position for someone who is sophisticated, international, flexible, with integrity and good moral character.Establishes new companies and maintains lawful legal structure of the Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates in coordination with external lawyers.Will also be expected to be involved with evolving regulatory compliance requirements for all regulated/quasi-regulated entities in the Group.Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.Following up and coordinating post-setup services such as corporate bank account opening, accounting, bookkeeping, financial auditing, and monthly services.Comprehensive prior experience in executing corporate transactions, including but not limited to areas such as structuring and re-structuring, corporate governance, and compliance.7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a lawyer specializing in Fintech and/or Technology with experience in the Middle East.Essentially, we are commercial lawyers with expertise in a full range of general commercial contracts and arrangements.At least 5 years of progressive hands-on experience in corporate law.Expertise: Solid understanding of M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and labor law.Ensure compliance with the Company corporate policies applicable within your field of responsibility.A law degree from an accredited institution.Postgraduate degree in business law with ideally a double specialization.
