Job Title: Retail Director We are a leading luxury retail partner in the Middle East, with over 65 years of experience and more than 600 stores across the region. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. About This Role: As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and embodying the brand's values through all interactions with customers and team members. You will also develop and implement store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example and embody the brand's values.
2. Develop and implement store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
3. Manage customer relationships and identify opportunities to drive sales and loyalty.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing beauty brands.
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

What We Offer: A competitive salary package of around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as health insurance, child education contribution, and remote working options.
