A leading Global MNC with a strong Shared Services Business in Malaysia.Description
- Manage billing processes across multiple markets to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and enforce streamlined billing policies and procedures.
- Plan and implement quality assurance measures.
- Foster strong collaboration with stakeholders to improve process efficiencies.
- Act as the primary contact for audits related to billing processes.
- Monitor KPIs, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate internal controls.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commercial Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in billing operations, including team management/ coaching/mentoring juniors.
- Knowledge of APAC billing requirements and CBC (credit, billing, and collections) processes.
- Proficiency in SAP financial processes is a MUST.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
