Plays a crucial role in the Sales and Marketing department, supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Duties and Responsibilities: Secretarial duties include setting up meetings, taking minutes of meetings and following up on meeting matters arising. Maintaining customers information, and inputting sales data into our customer management system. Collating sales data and performing sales analysis and preparing sales reports. Providing administrative support to the sales team, which includes among other duties, managing sales enquiries, writing contact reports, preparing pricing documentation, and drafting proposals for customers/quotations. Responding to customer calls and emails, and supporting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork, receiving, reviewing, and verifying customers’ work requests/orders and verifying and documenting scope of work (SOW). Liaising with the Logistics department, particularly with Operations Planners and other Operational units to ensure smooth and seamless coordination and prompt service deliveries. Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices and helping in contacting customers to obtain missing information or answer queries. Supporting sales in customer’s vendor registration and onboarding process. Communicate important feedback from customers internally. Skills Requirements: Strong organizational skills, meticulous, and the ability to multitask in a demanding environment with tight deadlines. Effective communication and good people skills and able to perform independently and collaboratively in a team. 5-years of experience in sales administration, trucking/logistic operations, or other similar roles. Ability in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with CRM software. Diploma or degree in business administration, sales and marketing, and other relevant good academic qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
