Seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive digital transformation at Workiom in Saudi Arabia.About the JobJoin our team at Workiom, Inc's office in Riyadh as a Senior Sales Executive. We are seeking a technology-passionate, motivated sales professional who will focus on transforming collaboration, business processes, and teamwork for prospective client companies in Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will have a solid sales background in the fast-paced B2B SaaS industry and are excited to leverage their valuable experience to achieve new heights with our product.About WorkiomWorkiom is a software company specializing in providing digital solutions for companies aiming to grow and compete through efficient and high-performing teams. Our platform allows for an integrated approach to task tracking and management, requiring no coding skills.Our MissionWorkiom's mission is to provide a powerful platform that enhances the productivity of both employees and business processes. We aim to improve data-driven communication and collaboration among teams, and offer features for task tracking and comprehensive data management.Platform FeaturesOur platform enables customers to plan projects effectively, optimize their business processes, and facilitate seamless communication within teams. Workiom also offers features like customizable dashboards, file sharing, task tracking, reporting, and analytics without any coding requirements.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and closely follow new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound calls, and email communications.Build and maintain effective business relationships with key decision-makers of potential and existing clients.Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical sales, implementation, etc.) to satisfy customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position Workiom's products and services.Prepare and present product presentations and demos.Conduct demo meetings with potential clients to showcase Workiom's solutions and advance the sales cycle.Negotiate proposals and meet or exceed sales targets.Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, targeting the appropriate sectors and channels.Make field visits to clients as needed.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales to large enterprises.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficient in both Arabic and English, for verbal and written communication.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.High level of experience with CRM software and sales tools.Team-oriented and adaptable.A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.This role provides ample opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company following sustained success.Join us and take your career to the next level!Apply to this jobOur hiring team will consider your application carefully.
