Key AccountabilitiesManage & Digitize incoming banking transaction traffic at Branches & Premium Banking HubsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customers through an open and engaged communication modelWell presented in terms of manners, dress, turnout, and client attitudeIdentify and assess client needs holistically at the point of contact & deliver delightful experiencesCollect customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports, and work as client advocates with product teams to collaboratively deliver desired product/service solutionsGenerate sales leads at the point of contact based on assessment of client needsProvide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools & processesMeet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotasHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTrack customer experiences across online and offline channelsCollaborate with other Retail teams to enhance customer services and brand awarenessAlign customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives, as well as inform customers about new product features and functionalitiesPerform product tests, evaluate after-sales and support services, and facilitate improvementsDocument processes and log technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaintsIdentify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiencesDevelop feedback surveysSchedule in-person and video meetings with customers & prospects as neededThink of ways to show appreciation for loyal clients and improve overall brand experienceSkillsAbility to work under pressureAccuracy and attention to detailExtensive knowledge of the banking sector in Qatar and the regionKnowledge of Retail Banking Industry and branch bankingNumerical skillsTime Management skillsRisk ManagementCommunicationInterpersonal SkillsQualityStrategic Thinking/ManagementTeamworkIntegrity/EthicsCustomer Service#J-18808-Ljbffr
