We are in search of a highly capable Traffic Manager with a strong background in account management, team management, and a comprehensive understanding of creative approaches in the digital and social landscapes. This role demands expertise in planning, presentation, and effective execution of strategies across various channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute traffic management strategies that align with our company's operational and creative goals.
- Coordinate and oversee the flow of projects across departments, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Engage in account management, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Implement creative approaches to enhance project planning and execution.
- Deliver compelling presentations to internal teams and external clients.
- Monitor digital and social media trends, incorporating relevant strategies into traffic management.
- Analyze traffic metrics and KPIs, reporting findings to senior management and making informed adjustments to strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align traffic management with broader company objectives.
**Additional Tasks**:
- Oversee the scheduling and allocation of resources for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Act as a liaison between clients, creative teams, and other departments to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to project timelines or resource allocation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, assisting in their professional development.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in traffic management, with a strong background in account management and team leadership.
- Demonstrated understanding of creative approaches, planning, and presentation in the context of digital and social media.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in traffic management software and tools.
