Technical and Tendering Officer

Study and scrutinize the tender documents to ensure all systems and components of the tender are included.
- Prepares tender documentation queries for consultants and clients to confirm and collect any missing data and keep track of them throughout tender submission.
- Review and complete all quantity take-offs for projects ranging from conceptual estimates to definitive estimates.
- Preparation of material schedules system
- and equipment-wise and Floating inquiries to the concerned suppliers and manufacturers.
- Preparation of comparison statements based on supplier quotations.
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of products and systems.
- Based on client budget constraints for any specific project, carry out value engineering studies.
- Preparing and pricing the electrical BOQ for final submission to the client or main contractor.
- Keep tracking the addenda and post-tender clarifications for the submitted projects to figure out the changes made to the initial documents.
- Checking the IFC documents against tender documents upon the project is awarded to claim for variation.
**Qualification and Work Experience**:
- Degree holder in electrical engineering
- UPDA License Holder (Grade A or B)
- Locally available with an NOC, ready for immediate joining.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to QAR8,000.00 per month
