Project Manager

College degree in FM, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 12+ years overall experience with 5-years' experience of
managing comparable complex high value operation(s) in GCC region.
Well-developed leadership skills - 'is a leader and motivator'.
Promotes strong teamwork ethic and customer service excellence
through empowerment.
Proven experience in commercial management.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and fluent language ability in both
spoken and written English.
Must be able to express ideas at all levels i.e., strategic, tactical and
operational.
Professional bodies accreditation is a plus - RICS, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE
or similar.
Experience in a wide range of software packages including Excel, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent people management skills.
Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
