Job Description Assignment Conditions As a Landscaping and Pest control specialist, working at project a world class research facility and residential compound, you will have the day-to-day responsibility to maintain and enhance the greening and eradicate the pests to ensure a pleasant and adorn living environment. Main responsibilities & deliverables Responsible for maintaining and enhancing of the green landscape, hard scape design, plant protection, Irrigation systems, and Pest control.› Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedule and completion for Horticulture, Pest Control, and Irrigation systems.› Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance requests/complaints raised by the residents.› Ensure customer satisfaction before the closing of any tickets or complaints.› Managing the Handing-Over Process for the new landscaping projects.› Follow up with the team and helpdesk regarding notification to complete the job on time.› Ensuring that SLAs and KPIs in the contracts are met and establishing relationships with residents, stakeholders, and clients.› Prepare weekly and monthly reports of landscaping and pest control to submit the community manager.› Observes workers to detect inefficiency or unsafe work procedures or to identify problems and initiate corrective action as necessary.› Explain and enforce safety regulations and policies. Communicate organizational policies and procedures.› Complete pre-scheduled inspections and Audits of facilities to support quality initiatives.› Conduct pre-tender site visit, prepare the minute of site visit, technical clarifications, and preparation of tender documents. Other information (KPIs)› Excellent customer service skills› Ability to work under pressure and under minimal supervision.› Ability to participate as a team player in a fast paced and changing environment.› Well organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.› Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Qualifications and Knowledge Required An Asset Qualifications Bachelor's degree in landscaping engineering Experience (Yrs.)
