HR Specialist - Manama - Domo Ventures W.L.L.

A highly skilled HR Specialist is sought by a prominent client of Domo Ventures in Bahrain. Job Title: HR Specialist Experience: 2 Years in Human Resources Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with government departments such as insurance providers, Tamkeen, and the Ministry of Interior to ensure seamless services.
2. Manage monthly attendance and payroll processes, including earnings, deductions, and record-keeping.
3. Collaborate in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring staff.
4. Maintain accurate personnel files for all employees (hard and soft copies).
5. Prepare final settlements, handle annual and sick leaves, and other records, performance appraisals, etc.
6. Design and propose training programs in conjunction with department heads to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and approach.
7. Complete miscellaneous research, reports, and memoranda as required.
8. Identify and resolve complaints, disputes, and grievances from staff members.
9. Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Essential Skills:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
