A highly skilled HR Specialist is sought by a prominent client of Domo Ventures in Bahrain. Job Title: HR Specialist Experience: 2 Years in Human Resources Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government departments such as insurance providers, Tamkeen, and the Ministry of Interior to ensure seamless services.
- Manage monthly attendance and payroll processes, including earnings, deductions, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and hiring staff.
- Maintain accurate personnel files for all employees (hard and soft copies).
- Prepare final settlements, handle annual and sick leaves, and other records, performance appraisals, etc.
- Design and propose training programs in conjunction with department heads to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and approach.
- Complete miscellaneous research, reports, and memoranda as required.
- Identify and resolve complaints, disputes, and grievances from staff members.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
