Role Overview In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to join a renowned global bank with a strong presence and branding. As Global Banking Operations Specialist , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client contact lookback, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Key Responsibilities: Review client email addresses in contact database to determine legitimate email domains. Check system for evidence of prior contact updates. Perform client outreach via phone or email to confirm records. Complete required updates accurately in the system. Prepare weekly progress updates for management. Collect, process, analyze data to support decision making and track performance. Develop dashboards to clearly display findings. Support other tasks assigned by hiring manager. Requirements: 2 years within Banking/Financial Services industry or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of excel macros / Power BI / SQL / Tableau.
