Senior MEP Cost Manager / Senior Quantity SurveyorTurner & Townsend International Limited - Dubai, UAEPosted In 8/2/2014Job Description:Turner & Townsend is one of the leading consultancy providers to the aviation sector. We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Commercial with MEP experience to join an airport terminal project in Abu Dhabi. The MEP Commercial resource will work closely with the MEP Commercial Leader (MEPCL) and be able to perform in a stand-alone capacity. The role will work closely with both the VP and the Commercial Leader in evaluating MEP options on behalf of the client and also support the implementation of any appropriate commercial strategies.Key duties include:Preparation of Commercial strategiesAdminister Commercial impacts of changeProvide quantitative assessment of changeProvide Commercial advice to Clients MEP leadership teamSupport negotiations with Contractor on variationsTechnical influence on MEPBreadth of MEP construction knowledge across the built environmentQualifications / Skills / Knowledge:Related degree preferably in SurveyingAirport Terminal Facility ExperienceMEP experience essentialUnderstanding of Key Cost DriversMiddle East experience - beneficialJob Requirements:Experience: AnyCareer Level: JuniorJob Type: Full TimeVacancies: 2 Open PositionsSalary: NegotiableGender: AnyDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeMajor: Civil EngineeringCompany Industry: ManagementAbout The Company:We are a global professional services organisation that provides consultancy, delivery, operations and programme management services to businesses that invest in, own and operate assets.
