We are currently seeking an experienced Offshore Development Resource for Speech Analytics with expertise in the Nexidia toolset. Job Summary: The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in using the Nexidia toolset for speech analytics. This role involves building, extracting data, creating queries, setting tracking and flags, modifying existing structures, and ensuring the optimal functionality of our speech analytics systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Nexidia toolset to develop and maintain speech analytics solutions.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from various sources.
- Design and build custom queries to meet specific business needs.
- Set up and manage tracking mechanisms and flags within the Nexidia environment.
- Modify and optimize existing analytics structures to improve performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate speech analytics with other business systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for speech analytics applications.
- Document processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech analytics and the Nexidia toolset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in using the Nexidia toolset for speech analytics.
- Strong skills in data extraction, query building, and analytics.
- Experience in setting up and managing tracking and flags within Nexidia.
- Proficiency in modifying and optimizing existing analytics structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the sspeech analytics sector.
- Knowledge of other speech analytics tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
