This includes accurately balancing assigned drawers to include the ATM, Vault, TCR, etc. Maintain proper dual control as required, verification of customer transactions and placing appropriate holds.Essential FunctionsManages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, executing sound judgment within established limits. Possess a heightened awareness to identify and avoid loss. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.Ensure excellent customer service is followed including handling escalated teller customer complaints.Identify customer needs, provide information on new products and services, and direct customers to branch representatives and branch partners as identified.Ability to understand and educate clients on the use of alternative channels to complete banking transactions (ATM, Online banking, Mobile Banking). Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.Assure branch compliance by performing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, monthly and quarterly teller drawer audits, alarm tests, fraud prevention training, ATM balancing and local, state and federal regulation training.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
