Salary Package: Basic $2000 + Fixed Allowance + Store Incentives + OT pay = Gross $3000+ Working Days: 5 Days [Weekend & PH cannot off, based on weekly schedule] Working Hours: 44 Hours/week OT: Payable after 44 hrs; PH will be double pay Working Location: Island Wide [Outlet to be allocated upon interview] *Current store at Orchard, Plaza Sing, Raffles City, upcoming store at Vivocity, Great World, One Raffles Place, Parkway Parade Benefits: Annual Leave: Tea barista 7 days; Senior 8 days – capped at 14 days Birthday leave – upon confirmation Probation period: 3 months Increment $200 after probation Training period: 2 weeks (1st week at Tai Seng training centre, 2nd week on-site training) Performance bonus: July or Aug yearly Responsibilities: Greeting customers in a friendly manner and managing customer queries in a timely and efficient manner Preparing beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences Utilizing proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served Providing friendly and attentive customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions Preparing drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques Accurately processing customer orders, handling cash and electronic payments Acting in compliance with operational policies and procedures Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol Ensuring sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed, and communicating inventory needs to management #J-18808-Ljbffr
