You shall strategize effective techniques to boost the organization's financial performance and identify business opportunities to increase revenues. They also prepare financial statements and assist senior management in making corporate decisions by conducting data and statistical analysis by studying market trends. You must have excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, especially in calculating costs and expenses to minimize the company's loss and stabilize profits.What You Will Do :Implement operation tracking KPI processes, create executive presentations, manage contracts, analyze web metrics.Review the plans vs actuals on a regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning of actionablesImplement monthly quality metrics reporting for all operational areas that help to ensure all key performance standards are identified and achieved.Provide financial insight and advice to drive the company's financial performanceWork closely with top management and be part of decision making for business to ensure corporate income targets are achieved.Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exception / and any irregularities initiate action to rectify and follow up for logical closure.Establish ROI on investment and do monthly track and share inputs with ManagementParticipate in budget discussion and support scenario building / simulation modellingAnalyze all financial aspects of the company to include; A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.What You Should Have :2 to 4 years Exp, MBA or Chartered AccountantShould hold 1+ years of experience as FP&A/Business FinanceStrong analytical rigor and problem-solving skillsStrong communication & Interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office/ Google SuiteProficient in SQLProactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team playerStrong collaboration, stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsWillingness to hustleLife at CoinSwitchWe take great pride in what we do and are committed to our mission.
