Were seeking both Staff Grade and Senior Speech and Language Therapists to join our clients dedicated Childrens Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Kilkenny. About the Roles: As a key member of the CDNT, you will deliver family-centred care to children and young people with developmental needs. Whether youre starting your career or looking for a senior role, youll have the opportunity to contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Staff Grade Role: Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions for communication and feeding/swallowing needs. Collaborate with families and team members to create individualized care plans. Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities. Senior Role: Lead the planning and delivery of services for children with complex needs. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff and students. Contribute to service development and interdisciplinary team initiatives. Requirements: Essential: A recognized degree in Speech and Language Therapy. Registration with CORU or eligibility to register. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Senior Role Only: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability. Desirable: Experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
